"Where to start?
The ”RULES OF THE HOUSE” were abundant and scary••• but we booked anyway! And we are so glad that we did!
The rooms and property are:
Comfortable
Decorated with touches of whimsy ( especially if you take time to really notice)
Interestingly painted and decorated

The hosts are (once we gathered up our nerve to speak with them after all of those rules)
Warm
Engaging
Brilliantly funny
Great cooks

Breakfast (as Rose likes to say it’s “the longest word in Bed and Breakfast”
YUMMY
BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED
SO ABUNDANT YOU’ll NEED A NAP— and you probably won’t need lunch!

(Don’t tell Anatoly that I told you that you MUST have one of his versions of eggs Benedict- he only likes to make them for a select few)

We stayed 3 nights but then there was no more room at the inn —- we will definitely return! Linda & Martin ❤️❤️

"Believe the 5-star Google reviews. Rose and Anatoly are amazing hosts, super fun to talk to. Great accommodations and delicious breakfasts. We arrived on a very hot and humid day, and they went above and beyond and let us use another suite since our room was not cooling sufficiently. I love coming to Shelburne/Burlington and I'll definitely book this place every time I come back! 5 star service, and great people with great vibes. 💜

"Loved this place. Breakfast was amazing and you got to pick exactly what you wanted to try. In the past, at other bed and breakfasts we are given what they serve for the day, and that's it. Not this place! Room decor was spot on and it was very cozy for the one night we stayed. Only negative was that we could hear the front door slam (very heavy door) when people shut it. We will be returning to this cute little place.

"The best B&B experience ever. Every aspect of our stay was over the top! Anatoly and Rose are friendly, interesting, great cooks, and go out of their way to help their clients. If we were ever to go to Vermont again, we would stay here.
